Responsibilities and Objectives: Preparing reports, creating and resolving tickets, providing telephone and email customer support, issuing access credentials, and performing administrative tasks. Database management and reporting. Data analysis. Competencies: Organized, goal-oriented. Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite. 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, remote work.
