Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics intern for a Mexican calibration laboratory, supporting equipment management, documentation, and processes, with emphasis on organization and attention to detail. Collaboration in an excellent work environment with continuous training A Mexican calibration laboratory specializing in calibration services and measuring instruments, accredited by EMA and located 10 minutes from Glorieta de Vaqueritos, is seeking a logistics intern. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Receiving equipment at the laboratory or on-site -Taking photographic evidence upon equipment intake and release -Inspecting equipment entering the laboratory -Assisting in equipment delivery to customers -Labeling equipment for laboratory intake -Removing and applying calibration labels -Downloading and archiving evidence in corresponding folders -Assisting in filing customer and supplier documentation -Collecting certificates and documentation on-site -Organizing and purging inactive files per established procedures -Supporting procedure updates and improvements REQUIREMENTS: -Education: Final-semester student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field -Proficiency in driving both standard and automatic vehicles (mandatory) -Organization and attention to detail -Responsibility and commitment -Teamwork -Process adherence -Proactiveness and willingness to learn OFFER: -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. -Financial support: $5,000 MXN per month -Excellent work environment -Continuous training -Work location: 10 minutes from Glorieta de Vaqueritos, Tlalpan.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree years of experience Age: between 20 and 30 years Knowledge: Working under pressure, Logistics, Metrology, Logistics operations, Organization, Customer service Driver's licenses: A Keywords: assistant, helper, auxiliary, aux, assistant, helper, aide, logistics, logistica, intern, trainee, intern, practicum student, laboratory, lab technician
