REGISTER ALL INCIDENTS OR SERVICE REQUESTS REPORTED BY END USERS OR CUSTOMERS OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY IN THE OPERATIONS CENTER'S IMPLEMENTED SYSTEMS. HANDLE PHONE CALLS AND EMAIL REQUESTS RECEIVED THROUGH INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNTS, FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES AND POLICIES ESTABLISHED IN THE OPERATIONS CENTER'S MONITORING, ANALYSIS, AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES. COMPLIANCE WITH SLAs, OLAs, AND KPIS SPECIFIED FOR THE INCIDENT AND SERVICE REQUEST REGISTRATION PROCESS. REDIRECTION OF CASES TO VARIOUS SUPPORT GROUPS FOR RESOLUTION AND CLOSURE OF THE REQUESTED SERVICE.
