Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver with excellent driving skills, a professional attitude, and a high level of customer service for hazardous waste collection. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective: We require a person with excellent driving skills, a professional attitude, and a high level of customer service Requirements: State “B” driver’s license, Federal “B” license, or Federal “E” license. Gender: Unrestricted (male or female) Education: Minimum education level: Secondary school or high school. Experience: 1–3 years in hazardous waste handling, transportation, or logistics (desirable) Good personal appearance No criminal record Verifiable experience Driver Responsibilities: Drive collection vehicles while complying with traffic and safety regulations. Maintain vehicles in optimal condition regarding cleanliness and functionality. Immediately report any damage or mechanical failure. Ensure all vehicle documentation (license plates, insurance, permits) is valid and up to date. Ensure all environmental requirements for vehicles (emission testing and minor or major maintenance) are completed. Driver Activities: Follow assigned routes and schedules Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated through respect, clarity, and quality. Follow safety procedures and traffic regulations Strong verbal and written communication skills. Communicate with A.C. and Logistics regarding customers (channel requests or complaints) Strong time management skills Flexible schedule (if required) Maintain vehicle cleanliness and maintenance (report maintenance and repairs promptly and accurately) Driver Skills: Excellent driving skills Familiarity with local geography Ability to follow instructions Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Knowledge of local roads and highways Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company Benefits: Monthly salary of $10,000 to $14,000 (negotiable based on license type) Bi-weekly payments Social Security coverage Vacation days as stipulated by law Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) Full-time position: Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or until route completion).
