We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to join our team and manage the Instagram and TikTok accounts of our restaurant group. We seek someone who not only understands social media but lives and breathes digital trends. Key Responsibilities - Content Creation: Develop an attractive, trend-driven content strategy for Instagram and TikTok. - Copywriting and Scheduling: Write engaging copy and efficiently schedule posts using each platform’s native tools or third-party platforms (e.g., Metricool). - Community Management: Interact with our community by promptly responding to comments and messages in a tone consistent with our brand voice. - Event Coverage: Cover special events at our restaurants, capturing unique moments for real-time sharing. - Video Editing: Create and edit dynamic, original videos for TikTok. - Analytics and Reporting: Monitor post performance, analyze key metrics, and generate monthly reports to support data-driven decision-making.
