Education: Technical degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be 25 years of age or older. Valid INE (National Electoral Institute ID) and completed job application form. Responsible, proactive, and eager to work as part of a team. What would be your responsibilities? Supervise kitchen staff tasks, ensuring quality and hygiene. Verify that food items delivered from the warehouse are not expired, and that kitchen utensils and equipment are clean and in good working condition. Maintain daily control and records of ingredients used in food preparation. Conduct optimal inventory management in the kitchen. Ensure minimal waste (shrinkage) in the kitchen.
