What will be your primary mission? Ensure proper personnel administration, compliance with recruitment, hiring, and training processes, as well as effective workplace climate management to maintain Quacktitude among our collaborators. Responsibilities in the area: Coordinate and execute personnel administration processes: onboarding, offboarding, incidents, personnel files. Recruitment of operational staff. Prepare preliminary payroll and support the preparation of HR indicator reports and analyses. Maintain employee satisfaction and workplace climate. Resolution of employee conflicts and needs. Organization of internal events and staff retention activities. What are we looking for in you? Proven Experience: Minimum 1.5 to 2 years in Human Resources roles. Solid Knowledge: Proficiency in recruitment, training, administrative processes, interviews, preliminary payroll, and personnel administration. Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, make decisions, and focus collaborators on a positive work environment.
