Responsibilities: Provide technical support to corporate and branch users Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Install and configure devices and systems Track and document incidents (tickets) Support in the implementation of technological projects Candidate Profile: Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk Willingness to travel to other branches and cover periodic on-call shifts Key Skills: Technical problem-solving Excellent user interaction Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency Organization and incident tracking Clear communication and proactive attitude Ability to install and operate equipment Plus: Experience in multi-branch environments Proficiency with collaborative tools Knowledge of administrative and operational processes Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, with on-call rotation Benefits and Offer: Salary commensurate with experience Immediate statutory benefits Food vouchers Option for sports scholarship Are you interested?
