Join our team and become part of a growing company. *Job Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions *Knowledge and Skills: ERP system proficiency (Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Production) Experience in end-user training Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability *Essential Requirements: ERP experience with Priority, JD Edwards, or SAP *Key Responsibilities: Handling functional incidents in Priority, ANVsoft, and Biostar systems Implementing improvements and new projects in Priority ERP End-user training on modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Creating system user manuals Managing accounts (creation, deactivation, and modifications) in Google Workspace and HubSpot CRM Managing invoicing and payments to technology vendors Managing supplies (credentials, ribbons, and computer accessories) Tracking incidents with Priority ERP vendor Generating reports, daily invoicing closures, and supporting the migration from ANVsoft to Priority Documenting IT policies and procedures End-user training on Point-of-Sale, Cost, and Production modules (ORVAR) *Interested?
