Collaborate in administrative tasks and document-related requests. **SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT VACANCY** We are seeking a **School Administration Assistant** to support the organization, control, and preparation of student files, ensuring their proper administrative and regulatory safeguarding. **Location:** Av. Universidad Anáhuac, Huixquilucan, State of México. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in document control, archiving, or school administration (preferred). * Ability to handle, organize, and safeguard documents. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Main Responsibilities:** * Student support, answering phone calls, and reviewing emails. * Receiving and registering documentation originating from various sources. * Sorting, reviewing, and organizing documentation for each file according to the order required for SEP audits. * Creating or updating delivery and receipt logs for boxes and files sent to the digitization provider. * Tracking the delivery of documentation required for degree conferral, file validation, etc. * Supporting administrative tasks and document-related requests within the department. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $11,500. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. * Job stability and training. * Statutory benefits.
