At our company, we are looking for someone who will be the friendly face of our office and the driving force keeping everything in perfect order. **What will you do with us?** Your mission will be twofold: ensuring exceptional service for our distributors and customers, and maintaining our showroom as an immaculate space. **Key responsibilities:** Premium Service: Handle incoming calls, provide quotations, track shipment status, and welcome visitors. Showroom Experience: Maintain the ideal ambiance (music, fragrances, coffee, and visual order) to receive our customers. Sales Support: Provide technical support to external advisors and assist with membership programs. Supply Management: Manage inventories (stationery, cafeteria supplies, and cleaning materials) in coordination with the Finance department. Operational Control: Handle package deliveries, manage catalog loan records, and coordinate with the warehouse. Maintenance and Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for cleaning services, maintenance reporting, and administrative coordination with management. **What are we looking for in you?** Service Attitude: Proactive individual with excellent communication skills and courteous demeanor. Attention to Detail: Someone who enjoys keeping spaces tidy and aesthetically pleasing. Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing quotations while simultaneously overseeing front-desk operations. Responsibility: Handling keys, performing banking transactions, and supporting urgent situations. Organization: Strict control over material and catalog inflows and outflows. **Requirements:** Prior experience in customer service or reception (preferably in design, architecture, or luxury retail sectors). Basic administrative skills (email usage, Microsoft Office suite). Excellent personal presentation. Availability to occasionally run external errands (banks/purchases). **What do we offer?** Salary: MXN 13,000 net per month plus statutory benefits. Work Location: Bosques de las Lomas.
