Build a sustainable relationship with students and meet KPIs Job Description About the Role The Centralized Collections Agent will act as the liaison between our company and current and inactive students. The agent must take responsibility for delivering efficient solutions to achieve effective collections while maintaining student satisfaction with any decisions or actions taken. Responsibilities: Timely management of the assigned database Contact students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS Identify students' needs, clarify information, investigate each issue thoroughly, and provide tailored payment solutions and alternatives. Meet individual and team KPIs. Build a sustainable relationship with students by supporting them throughout any questions or issues that may arise regarding the agreed-upon payment, respecting them and ensuring an effective student experience. Follow negotiation scripts based on students' needs. Update student data on relevant platforms. Requirements: Incomplete or completed high school diploma (Bachillerato). Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Collections Agent. Prior experience in Contact Centers, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Preventive Collections. Familiarity with any CRM and/or ERP system.
