We are seeking a **Cheerleading Coach for an Educational Institution**, responsible for planning, directing, and developing cheerleading teams, promoting teamwork, discipline, respect, and students’ physical development. ***Profile:*** * **Education:** Cheerleading coach certification * **Experience:** 2 years as a cheerleading coach or in related disciplines (gymnastics, dance) * Ability to work with children, adolescents, and/or young adults ***Responsibilities:*** * Plan and conduct technical training sessions (routines, jumps, basic gymnastics, lifts). * Teach and correct cheerleading techniques, dance, coordination, and synchronization. * Design routines appropriate to participants’ skill level, age, and competition regulations. * Ensure safety during training sessions and performances. * Prepare the team for performances, events, and/or competitions. * Evaluate individual and group progress. ***Skills:*** * Patience and responsibility. * Creativity in routine design. * Suitable physical fitness. * Organization and planning. ***We offer:*** * **Salary: $150 gross per hour, fee-based arrangement** * **Working hours:** Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Position type: Indefinite-term employment Salary: $150.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 per week Work location: On-site employment
