




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage operational and administrative functions, supervise teams, control budgets, and handle communications—with a focus on organizational development and fundraising. Description Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Operational Management: Coordinate office procedures, manage supplies and inventory, and maintain filing systems. * Develop and keep the Policies and Procedures Manual up to date. * Administrative Management: Oversee report writing, manage correspondence, and support management in planning meetings and events. * Supervision and Leadership: Build work teams, hire new staff, and conduct performance evaluations. * Budgetary Control: Collaborate in budget preparation, manage expenses and invoicing. * Communication: Serve as liaison among departments, suppliers, and consultants. * Institutional Linkage: Promote collaboration with educational institutions and companies. * Fundraising: Coordinate and supervise fundraising campaigns. * Knowledge of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Profile/Requirements Position Profile and Requirements * Professional Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field; HR diploma preferred (not mandatory). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in supervisory or coordination roles in administration or office management, expense accounts, human resources, public relations, and basic review of commercial strategies. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and database management systems. Continuous improvement mindset; open to cutting-edge technology. * Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent written/verbal communication, and ability to prioritize tasks. Problem-solving skills and capacity to manage critical situations. * Personal Characteristics: Committed, empathetic, people-oriented, trustworthy, and service-driven. * Values: Loyalty, honesty, ethics. * Personality: Empathetic style, results-oriented in short- and medium-term, analytical thinking.
