Validating product conformity across all departments **Job Description:** We are a Leading Company in the graphic arts manufacturing sector; and we are currently seeking talent for the position of ***QUALITY AUDITOR.*** ***Objective:*** To promptly detect and report deviations from project requirements during production processes. To ensure compliance with established quality procedures in each operational process. ***Education:*** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. (Intern or graduate) * Completed high school or technical degree. ***Experience:*** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or in a similar role within the graphic arts industry. (Mandatory) ***Knowledge:*** * Knowledge of graphic arts processes (Mandatory) * Knowledge of sampling methods. * Office software (Excel / Word), basic level * Instrument handling: thread counter, flexometer, utility knife / exacto knife, document holder, etc. ***Responsibilities:*** * Validating product conformity across all operational areas: printing, finishing, and packaging (audits and process monitoring). * Validating the conditions of the fountain solution for offset printing. * Validating all operator-approved sign-offs issued at each production stage. * Reporting deviations identified during audits and process monitoring. * Identifying non-conforming products resulting from detected deviations. * Providing immediate feedback to operational staff regarding quality-related non-compliance. * Tracking the development of color standards. * Releasing products in-process. * Releasing finished products (final inspection). * Validating waste quantities and tracking their destruction. * Validating customer rejections or returns. * Recording and submitting inspection forms. * Supporting validation of samples requested by customers. * Supporting validation of products received from contract manufacturing processes (receiving). * Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. ***Skills and Requirements:*** · Results analysis. .
