Analyze, document, and evaluate operational and strategic processes Position Objective Ensure organizational operational efficiency through the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of processes, contributing to cost reduction, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, as well as driving business innovation and competitiveness. What will you do in this role?* Analyze and evaluate operational, administrative, and strategic processes. * Document processes (flowcharts, policies, procedures, and manuals). * Identify areas for improvement, risks, and bottlenecks. * Propose and implement improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects. * Identify opportunities for process automation. * Train departments on new processes and best practices. * Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions. * Manage and update process documentation. What are we looking for?* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Administration, Finance, Systems, or related field). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in process management and documentation. * Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). * KPI analysis. * Financial sector experience is desirable. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum). * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with process modeling tools. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
