Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Engineer to propose, develop, and program document and report automation solutions, and to analyze the generated information. Key Highlights: 1. Development of programming solutions for report automation. 2. Database design and development of Visual Basic macros. 3. Supporting the team to improve administrative and operational activities. IT ENGINEER Propose, develop, and program document and report automation solutions, as well as analyze the generated information for accurate description and presentation. DEVELOPMENT VISION Develop programming solutions for automatic population of reports and dashboards based on defined variables. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Design databases incorporating specified variables, including necessary calculations to derive results. * Design Excel charts and pivot tables that practically and simply display results obtained from each defined variable in the databases. * Prepare a results report proposal (Word) and/or dashboard (Excel control dashboard) showing results derived from the utilized variables. * Develop and program comments (Word) related to variables analyzed in results reports (Excel), enabling automatic updates upon closing. * Support team members to improve administrative, operational, and control activities through custom development. * Develop macros and program forms using Visual Basic programming language. * Define, propose, develop, and program required computing solutions, along with all corresponding supporting documentation and functional testing according to specified requirements. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Computational Engineering.
