Job Summary: We are seeking a Traffic/Road Supervisor to coordinate and supervise road conditions, identify risks, and propose improvements to ensure road safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring safety standards in road infrastructure A reputable company in Construction Consulting and Supervision Is seeking a **TRAFFIC/Road SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** ***EDUCATION:*** Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field *[Graduated and holding a Professional License]* ***EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE*** · 6 years of experience in Traffic Coordination Management or Supervision; within the past 6 years, must have supervised at least 2 projects, preferably Passenger Transport Systems and infrastructure {STC, Suburban Trains, Intercity Trains, Light Rail, Cable Car Systems, etc.} · Logistics, planning, operation, and control of Traffic Engineering, as well as management of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. · Knowledge of implementation and application of ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management Systems and NOM-STPS regulations. · **Must hold DC-3 certification, preferably DC-5** ***SKILLS*** · Compliance with regulations · Organization · Follow-up · Perseverance ***OTHERS*** · Proficiency in Microsoft Office *[Intermediate level]* ***WORK LOCATION*** Southern Zone, Tlalpan, CDMX ***SALARY AND BENEFITS*** **Salary:** $27,000.00 gross monthly Full formal employment registration with IMSS Statutory benefits ***WORK SCHEDULE AND MODALITY*** Flexible schedule availability 100% on-site ***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** · Coordinate work teams to supervise road conditions, highways, streets, and road signage across all work fronts; supervise alternatives, proposals, or routes submitted by THE CONTRACTOR, identifying potential risks in areas requiring improvement to ensure road safety. · Review and evaluate road infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards, propose improvements, and—where necessary—collaborate with local authorities and traffic organizations to implement effective road safety policies and measures, suggest traffic management plans for special events or emergency situations, and apply traffic and road safety laws and regulations.
