Coordinate the work team and ensure compliance with standards. **Bakery Chef / Store** A prominent food-sector company (production and retail) is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operations of a branch. **Work Location:** Plaza Santa Teresa (Periférico Sur, opposite TV Azteca) **Responsibilities:** * Produce and supervise high-quality artisanal bakery products. * Handle and prepare laminated doughs, brioche, and sourdough. * Plan and execute daily and special production runs. * Strictly follow recipes, processes, and standards defined by the Corporate Chef. * Ensure product standardization and consistency. * Monitor and control inventory, shrinkage, expiration dates, and yields. * Develop and monitor recipe costing. * Coordinate the work team (approximately 3 employees): schedules, incidents, performance, and training. * Implement and enforce quality controls. * Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations (Distintivo H, HACCP, or NOM\-251). **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 verifiable years of experience as a Bakery Chef. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Basic to intermediate English (preferred). * Availability to work in the specified location. * Knowledge and application of FIFO (First-In, First-Out). * Experience in hotels, commissaries, professional kitchens, or high-volume production concepts. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms. * Training.
