




Job Summary: Provide comprehensive support to management, including scheduling coordination, document management, project monitoring, and administrative procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support and management coordination 2. Document management and report preparation 3. Project tracking and communication handling • Provide support ensuring proper use of implemented controls • Assist in completing contracts, letters, minutes, databases, presentations, and other documents required by management • Monitor the pending items list for each department's projects • Collaborate in preparing reports or any required analyses • Carry out administrative procedures requested by management • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up on commitments across all departments • Receive and handle phone calls, emails, and visitors, effectively channeling information • Keep information up to date • Systematize required records and information • Other requirements or requests from management. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 40 years Knowledge: Commitment, Team management, Business analytics, Report writing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Presentations, Tracking
