Position Objective** To comprehensively manage and supervise the company's financial cycle, ensuring proper treasury administration, strict control over customer and supplier portfolios, and timely fulfillment of tax obligations, thereby guaranteeing accurate financial information for decision-making. **2\. Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (Certified). * **Treasury and Finance:** Cash flow management, bank account administration, and electronic banking. * **Accounts Payable (AP):** Payment scheduling, liability management, and supplier relationship management. * **Accounts Receivable (AR):** Collections control, monitoring of construction estimates, and electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\). * **Taxation:** Calculation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (ISR, VAT, Withholdings, DIOT). * **Accounting:** Preparation of financial statements under NIF (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement). * **Procurement and Supplies:** Supervision of procurement processes, price comparisons, and inventory/asset control. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * **Treasury Management:** Monitor daily balances, prepare cash flow projections to cover payroll and operational payments, and manage relationships with banking institutions. * **Accounts Payable Control:** Verify that each payment to suppliers is supported by a purchase order, an authorized invoice, and qualifies as tax-deductible (REPSE compliance). * **Accounts Receivable Management:** Supervise project collections to ensure timely receipt, identifying delays in construction estimates. * **Tax Compliance:** Prepare and file tax declarations within legal deadlines to avoid surcharges or penalties. * **Procurement Cycle:** Supervise the procurement department to ensure materials for construction projects are acquired under optimal cost and time conditions. * **Financial Reporting:** Deliver a monthly package of analyzed financial statements, explaining variances against budget. **4\.
