Opportunity for professional development within a leading company in the sector Farmacias Similares, a leading company in the sale and distribution of generic medicines and health products in Mexico and Latin America, invites you to join its team due to expansion: · TRAINING ANALYST · Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field (student completing studies or graduate) · Experience: 3 years in information analysis and database management within Organizational Development and/or Training areas · Knowledge: - Excel (intermediate to advanced) - Power BI (desirable) - Knowledge of OD focused on wellness topics (desirable) · Skills: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical · Main Responsibilities: Cleaning large-volume databases Creating dashboards Developing training formats (DC-3 and DC-4) Managing and monitoring training platforms Supporting the OD area, integration dynamics, and participation in departmental events Work Location: Benito Juarez Borough: Eje 6 Sur (near Nativitas Metro Station), with availability to travel to Félix Cuevas Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility and occasional travel availability · We Offer: Competitive salary Statutory benefits.
