Coordinate teams and manage complex incidents IT OPERATIONS SENIOR AUTOMATION AND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / COORDINATOR 11 hours ago Description Lead the technical strategy and execution of IT Operations in hybrid and automated environments. Requirements ü Define the vision and strategy for automation and operational efficiency across the entire IT operation. ü Supervise the implementation of automation tools and ensure their proper adoption. ü Measure and report the impact of automation initiatives on error reduction and performance improvement. ü Lead the resolution of complex incidents and requests. ü Coordinate operational team coverage and prioritize activities and resources. ü Supervise problem analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) preparation. ü Coordinate change execution and development of new *workarounds*. ü Develop and deliver operational reports to management. Ensure SLA compliance, identification and management of operational risks, and proposals for improvement.
