Supervise inventory, shrinkage, and product turnover A company specializing in the distribution of bakery raw materials is seeking an **Assistant Branch Manager**. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the branch's overall operations (sales, logistics, and administration). * Ensure achievement of commercial targets and profitability. * Supervise inventory, shrinkage, and product turnover. * Implement and monitor in-store commercial strategies. * Act as Branch Manager in their absence. * Assist with loading and unloading. **Required Profile** * 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or team supervision * Experience managing operational staff * Flexible availability (including weekends) * Willingness to cover other branches * Basic proficiency in Excel and point-of-sale systems. **Work Location**: Atizapan **We Offer** Base salary: $12,000 gross monthly \+ statutory benefits \+ performance metric bonus Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
