Position Summary: We are seeking a Solid Granulator Operator to operate solid oral dosage form granulation lines under GMP and GDP, ensuring quality, safety, and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of granulation and mixing equipment Neolpharma Group is looking for your talent as: SOLID GRANULATOR OPERATOR Objective: Operate solid oral dosage form granulation line in accordance with GMP and GDP, and safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: High school diploma with CERTIFICATE (MANDATORY) Minimum 2 years of experience as a granulator of solid pharmaceutical products and solving issues associated with the granulation process. Minimum 2 years of experience as a granulator/mixer. Experience operating granulation equipment and powder mixers for manufacturing solid oral pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities: Comply with machine hours and man-hours established by industrial safety. Comply with Quality Management System, standards, policies, and safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with established schedules, on time and as required. Perform assigned granulation processes in your area. Operate the granulator machine correctly; report any product, equipment, or work area failures during the work shift. Avoid rework; perform cleanings and manufacturing according to standard times. Disassemble and assemble different types of granulators. Conduct physical tests and process controls during granulation. Train assigned personnel if required by the area and operation.
