Professional development in an environment that values ethical conduct. ### **Nurse** **Luis Pasteur Foundation**, a 100% Mexican company and leader in clinical diagnostic support services, invites you to join its team as a **Liquid-Based Cytology (LBC) Sample Collector**. **What do I need?** * **Education level**: Technical Degree (preferred) / Bachelor’s Degree **(degree certificate and professional license mandatory)** * **Specialization or field of study**: Nursing * **6 months** of experience in sample collection and venipuncture (may include social service) * Experience in **liquid-based cytology** * Positive attitude, responsibility, and proactivity * Proper management of biological-infectious hazardous waste * Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy of collected information * Willingness to travel and work in remote communities **Prior Knowledge:** * **Blood sample collection and liquid-based cytology** * Persuasive communication * Sensitivity to social and community issues with a gender perspective * Professional ethics and confidentiality * Empathetic capacity to understand patients’ needs and concerns * Adaptability and accountability. **Technical Skills** * Phlebotomy and venipuncture * Liquid-based cytology collection **What do we offer?** * Direct employment contract with the company * Base salary * Statutory benefits and above (performance bonus, free laboratory tests, life insurance, savings fund, additional days off, among others) **Work Location** * Jaime Torres Bodet 187, Santa María la Ribera, Cuauhtémoc, 06400 Ciudad de México, CDMX * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 hrs; Saturdays, 07:00–13:00 hrs. **Interested candidates must apply through this channel with an updated CV**
