We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong operational tracking abilities. Responsibilities: * Order processing and tracking * Completion of shipping manifests * Direct client communication * Daily database updates for outgoing shipments * Daily shipment scheduling * Monitoring of cargo loading and unloading (incoming and outgoing) * Daily route planning for delivery vans * Delivery information dispatch to drivers Requirements: * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Organizational and operational tracking skills * Strong communication skills and client interaction ability * Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or warehousing is preferred We offer: * Monthly salary of $12,000 * Job stability * Positive work environment * Opportunity for growth Work Location: Mexico City Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
