Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and optimize distribution routes; monitor logistics operations; manage KPIs and documentation; and coordinate with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. KPI analysis and continuous process improvement RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Route planning and coordination • Design and optimize distribution routes to ensure efficiency in time and cost. • Assign vehicles and resources according to operational demand. 2) Operations monitoring • Track shipments and deliveries in real time. • Identify and resolve incidents occurring during the logistics process. 3) Indicator (KPI) control and analysis • Measure delivery performance (timeliness, compliance, incidents). • Prepare reports and proposals for continuous improvement. 4) Documentation management • Validate shipping labels and material documentation. • Verify that package information matches physical items. 5) Supplier coordination • Maintain consistent communication with operators and logistics partners. 6) Internal and external customer support • Provide follow-up on requests, clarifications, and logistics requirements. • Resolve delivery-related incidents. 7) Process optimization • Identify opportunities for improvement within logistics operations. • Implement improvements to reduce costs and processing time. 8) Use of logistics systems • Operate tools such as ERP or tracking systems. • Update operational information on digital platforms. 9) Packaging and packing of materials • Perform appropriate packaging of parcels, ensuring protection and correct shipment preparation. • Manage shipment of goods to various national-level suppliers, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines. • Conduct timely follow-up on material deliveries to customers, ensuring proper receipt and addressing potential incidents. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst, logistics, logistica
