




Position Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations Advisor to manage separation processes, economic negotiations, and follow-up on procedures at Farmacias Similares. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in a dynamic corporate environment. At Farmacias Similares, we are looking for our new: LABOR RELATIONS ADVISOR · Requirements: 3 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field (internship acceptable). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and administrative procedures at labor conciliation centers. SAP (desirable). Office: Excel, PowerPoint. Willingness to travel throughout the Mexican Republic. Professional appearance. · Main Responsibilities: Conduct economic negotiations with personnel undergoing separation. Manage payment procedure processing. Follow up on separation requests due to abandonment and voluntary resignation. Maintain daily updates to the database. Retrieve original documentation for archiving in separation process files. · Additional Knowledge: Basic legal concepts. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
