A senior day care center is seeking your talent as a **Head Nurse!** If you possess leadership skills, empathy, and experience in caring for older adults, we want to meet you!
**Work location**: Southern area of Mexico City.
**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor's degree in Nursing (with diploma and professional license).**
* **Five years of experience providing care to older adults in private nursing homes.**
* Prior experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles.
* Specialization or experience in geriatrics.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Availability for emergencies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate comprehensive resident care, ensuring proper medication administration, vital signs monitoring, clinical progression tracking, and adherence to individualized care plans.
* Lead, organize, and evaluate nursing staff, delivering continuous training on protocols and best practices, while identifying and correcting potential negligence or substandard practices.
* Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining up-to-date clinical records and supervising internal care and treatment protocols.
* Serve as the liaison among physicians, family members, and internal staff—following up on medical instructions and treatments, and promptly reporting changes in residents' health status.
* Supervise inventory control of medications, supplies, and medical equipment, verifying expiration dates, appropriate storage conditions, and preparing incident reports and health indicators.
* Provide support and follow-up to family members, informing them about residents' health status and addressing questions, complaints, or sensitive situations transparently and empathetically.

**Compensation:**
* Base salary of $650–$700 per day (commensurate with experience).
* Statutory benefits (Social Security registration provided after three months).
**Schedule:**
* Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
* Six days per week, 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
