Position Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Technician for the design, construction, and validation of HVAC and compressed air systems, including equipment maintenance and operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of critical systems 2. Installation and assembly of HVAC equipment and cooling systems 3. Analysis of customer visit reports and preparation of reports **Industry-leading company specializing in the design, construction, and validation of HVAC and compressed air systems** **Hiring: HVAC Technician** **Education:** Associate Degree in Mechatronics, Technical Diploma in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in equipment commissioning, service, and maintenance of critical systems such as HVAC and air conditioning. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of HVAC and compressed air equipment; on-site equipment installation; and installation of UMA’s, UEX’s, CHILLERS, CONDENSING UNITS, MOTORS, FANS, WATER HEATERS, HUMIDIFIERS; * Installation of air conditioning equipment; assembly and disassembly of ducts, equipment, and cooling system hoses; * Analyze weekly customer visit reports and review their effectiveness; * Verify the preparation of reports and balance assessment reports for designated areas; * Execute equipment maintenance programs according to the established project schedule; * Operate plant HVAC equipment; * Perform HVAC calculations and design. **Skills:** * Ability to work under pressure * Commitment * Responsibility * Honesty * Proactivity * Flexibility in working hours.
