We are seeking a: "Teaching Coordinator" for the Nursing Department at a hospital located in Benito Juárez. We offer: \- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- Gross monthly salary of $20,000.00 \+ statutory benefits \+ Savings Fund \+ Dental Plan \+ Discounts and preferential pricing for recreational activities (Inbursa Aquarium, Biopark, Theater Performances, Concerts) Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree and professional license as a Registered Nurse \- Minimum one year of experience in a related position or as a supervisor Responsibilities: \- Coordinate, develop, and update the continuous training needs assessment program. \- Understand, supervise implementation of, and stay updated on hospital processes, procedures, and policies. \- Participate in supervision and oversight of students’ and interns’ clinical practice. \- Timely and periodic analysis with coordinators of various courses regarding learning objectives and educational experiences to design appropriate strategies. \- Participate in the development of evaluation instruments. \- Conduct specific job orientation. \- Collaborate in developing protocols or guidelines for specialized nursing care interventions and apply hospital care models. \- Verify application of current evaluation regulations and instructions for students and interns across all courses. \- Supervise and correctly apply institutional regulations, policies, guidelines, processes, and rules. \- Conduct daily rounds to identify learning needs and reinforce technical and theoretical skills related to the nursing process.
