Responsibilities: Preparation of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and daily production; plating and presentation of dishes; hygienic handling of food; inventory control and storage; maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area; teamwork and operational support during service. Requirements: Prior experience as a sushero or sushi assistant; basic/intermediate knowledge of Japanese cuisine; ability to work under pressure; punctuality and commitment; flexible availability. Experience in high-volume restaurants or events is preferred.
