### **Support and Infrastructure Engineer** **Position Objective** Provide technical support and ensure continuity of the organization’s infrastructure, network, and security services, guaranteeing efficient user assistance and stability across technological platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to, track, and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, networks, and security. * Monitor services and servers, generating performance reports. * Update platforms, services, and equipment according to their specifications. * Provide support for computing equipment and end users (on-site and remote). * Plan and implement integrations of new services. * Coordinate and execute maintenance windows and updates. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Computer Science or related field (currently enrolled or incomplete). * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Networks and infrastructure * End-user support * Structured cabling * Installation and support of computing equipment * Monitoring of services and servers * Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems * Installation of software and applications * Knowledge of the OSI model * Remote end-user support **Competencies** * Empathy and courteous interaction with end users * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Ability to operate effectively in high-stress environments * Dynamism and proactivity ### **Offer** * **Salary: $18,000 – $21,000 monthly** * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth within the IT department * **Location:** Mexico City (CDMX) * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs * **Contract:** Initial probationary period (3 months), with possibility of indefinite-term contract **Languages** * Basic–Intermediate English
