Job Summary: ZITRONE is seeking a Food Safety Supervisor to ensure food safety and prevent occupational risks in industrial cafeterias, leading compliance with regulations and standards. ZITRONE, a leader in industrial and corporate cafeteria services, is seeking its next FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR: Ensure food safety and occupational risk prevention by complying with regulations (NOM-251, Distintivo H, HACCP) and cleanliness standards. Requires relevant education, 1–2 years of experience, leadership skills, and inspection capability. Profile and Key Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or Occupational Safety Engineering. Experience: 1–2 years in safety and hygiene, cafeteria operations, or food handling. Technical Knowledge: NOM-251 standard, Distintivo H, HACCP, STPS regulations (occupational safety). Skills: Leadership, effective communication, decision-making under pressure, and proactivity. Key Responsibilities Food Safety: Verify hygiene during food preparation, temperature control, and prevention of cross-contamination. Occupational Safety: Inspect safe working conditions, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and prevention of unsafe acts. Regulatory Compliance and Auditing: Conduct internal audits, manage STPS compliance, and maintain documented records. Training: Train operational staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and risk management. Core Responsibilities Pest control and deep cleaning of facilities. Inspection of raw materials and their storage. Development of contingency plans. Monday to Friday – ROTATING SHIFT (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM) Salary: $14,000–$16,000 MXN, depending on qualifications Grocery vouchers Statutory benefits Free cafeteria Punctuality and attendance bonus Transportation service.
