Responsibilities **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure * Define scope, schedules, deliverables, and priorities * Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Guarantee operational continuity for ongoing projects * Lead multidisciplinary teams (cybersecurity, infrastructure, development, operations) * Coordinate interactions among technical areas, business units, and vendors * Facilitate progress meetings, steering committees, and executive sessions * Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution * Use of tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp, or others * Application of Agile, Scrum, PMI, or hybrid methodologies * Tracking of operational and performance metrics **Technology Environment** Experience in projects involving technologies such as: * Operating Systems: Windows, Red Hat * Virtualization: VMware * Infrastructure: HPE, Dell, Pure Storage * Networking: Cisco * Databases: Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL * Observability and Monitoring: Splunk, Zabbix, Netscout * Security: F5, AlgoSec, CyberArk, Fortinet, Akamai, Zscaler, Netskope, Wazuh, IBM Guardium * SOC Tools: TheHive, Cymulate, Gigamon * Others: NiFi, SharePoint **Essential Requirements Experience** * 8+ years as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role * Experience in technology projects (ideally in cybersecurity / CSO) * Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams **Knowledge** * Project management (Agile, Scrum, PMI, or hybrid) * Proficiency with project management tools * Tracking of schedules, deliverables, and risks * Reporting using Power BI and Excel (intermediate level) * Project documentation and closure **Availability** * High schedule flexibility (24/7 operation) * Commitment to delivering on agreed deadlines **Desirable Requirements** * Intermediate English proficiency * Experience in cybersecurity projects (SOC / CSO) * Experience managing internal and external clients * Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security environments **Soft Skills** * Leadership and decision-making * Clear and effective communication * Organization and planning * Ability to work under pressure * Results orientation * Critical thinking and problem-solving **Education and Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field * Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum, Agile, or similar) – preferred * Cybersecurity certifications (CISM or others) – highly valued **We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned salary * Professional growth opportunities * Collaborative environment with strong technical teams * Challenging projects with real-world impact Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site
