




Job Summary: Responsible for preparation and seasoning of pastor meat, trompo operation, cutting and serving, maintaining cleanliness, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and seasoning of pastor meat 2. Safe and efficient operation of the pastor trompo 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the work area Prepare and season pastor meat following recipes and quality standards. Operate the pastor trompo safely and efficiently. Cut and serve meat in appropriate portions for dishes. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and utensils. Monitor inventory of meat and spices, reporting needs to the kitchen supervisor. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. Salary: Up to $9,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
