




**Objective:** Ensure proper planning, setup, operation, cleaning services, and teardown of equipment for events, guaranteeing on-time delivery, budget compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. \- Coordinate event logistics (setup, operation, and teardown) \- Lead operational teams (installers, drivers, technicians) \- Ensure everything is ready on time and as scheduled \- Resolve on-site incidents (real-time events) \- Supervise technical operations (plumbing, basic electricity) \- Manage inventory and resource utilization \- Track operational KPIs (timeliness, efficiency, costs) \- Direct client interaction during events **Requirements** Education: Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) \- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field work \- Experience leading operational teams \- Experience working on construction sites, events, or maintenance \- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and equipment assembly/disassembly \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Flexible schedule availability (events, weekends) Preferred: Experience driving 4-ton vans/articulated vehicles and holding a federal driver’s license Preferred to reside in the western part of the city **This position is right for you if:** \- You enjoy fieldwork, not just office-based tasks. \- You have flexible availability. \- You can bring order and lead teams with authority, empathy, and humility. \- You solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure \- You don’t stop when something fails—you fix it Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent employment contract * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Field operations / logistics: 3 years (Mandatory) * Leading operational teams: 2 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
