Ballesol is a retirement home specializing in service quality; we have 40 years of experience and are looking for talent to join our great team Nursing Assistant Afternoon Shift: Sun–Sat, 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, 6 days off per month Main Responsibilities: *Personal hygiene assistance for residents. *Breakfast service, cleaning and preparation of utensils. *Collecting residents’ clothing for laundry, salon care, diaper changes, and receiving/distributing meals on the floor or in the dining room. *Dining room setup. *Assisting with food tray assembly. *Collecting food trays from residents’ rooms. *General resident assessment. *Afternoon snacks, walks, and assisting residents who cannot go to bed independently. *Assisted transfers. *Making beds. *Organizing assisted residents’ clothing in closets. *Room rounds (medication administration and fluid intake monitoring). *Reporting shortages of personal hygiene items and diapers to supervision. *Monitoring residents under mechanical restraint, etc. Ballesol does NOT request payments or any type of confidential information—such as banking details or electronic signatures—as a requirement for our selection processes.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Professional Technical Education Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 50 years Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, nursing assistant, nurse, nursing
