Job Summary: Manage information resources, advise on technologies, and provide technical support to ensure system efficiency and security. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the administration of information and technology resources. 2. Ensure data security and IT systems operationality. 3. Coordinate implementation and promote IT solutions. Mission: Manage the Corporation's and its Business Units' information resources, advising on decision-making for adopting user-friendly, process-appropriate, and information-security-compliant technologies; providing users with technical support and assistance for efficient utilization of systems, software, and IT equipment. Objectives: Ensure that IT systems and software are selected based on analysis of organizational process, user, and strategic plan requirements. Coordinate the implementation of IT systems and software. Guarantee data security, network access, and security systems. Maintain the operability and availability of information systems, IT-based services, and communications. Ensure the IT team provides timely technical support to users for handling IT systems and software. Promote adoption of IT solutions integrated into the technological ecosystem. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, control, develop, evaluate, and report on electronic and information operations and their Business Units' processes and special projects. Manage subordinate personnel to maintain IT equipment and provide immediate technical support to users. Maintain the operability and availability of information systems, IT-based services, and communications. Supervise and evaluate IT systems' alignment with organizational processes, ensuring economic benefit and objective achievement. Manage development of new projects driven by organizational changes and growth plans. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions. Mandatory experience in the hospitality sector and/or building management. Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), ERP, and real estate management platforms. Proficiency in technological infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity. Experience in project management and team leadership.
