Job Summary: As an IT/Infrastructure Intern, you will support and execute system-related activities, ensuring the proper operation and administration of technological tools. Key Highlights: 1. As an IT / Infrastructure Intern at Grupo Presidente, you will play a vital role in supporting and executing various system-related activities and projects, ensuring the correct operation and administration of the technological tools that support our operations. Responsibilities ° Administer and provide support for Microsoft Office 365. ° Manage collaboration tools such as Teams and OneDrive. ° Assist in Active Directory administration. ° Support operating system administration, especially Windows 11. ° Collaborate in the administration and monitoring of telecommunications networks. ° Participate in vendor management and coordination within the IT area. Requirements ° Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. ° Familiarity with web applications and services. ° Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools. ° Basic understanding of network diagrams. ° Desired Skills and Competencies ° Ability to work in teams and under supervision. ° Proactivity and willingness to learn. ° Strong communication skills. ° Organization and attention to detail.
