Lead a fleet where every day counts and your results make the difference! **Objective:** Coordinate and manage the platform fleet under the driver-as-employee model, as well as platform trips performed by the airport fleet in coordination with airport taxi operations. **What will you do?** * Fleet unit administration (onboarding, maintenance, assignments, offboarding) * Administration of fleet and drivers on digital platforms under the fleet-partner model * Adding, removing, and updating vehicles on the platform * Adding and removing platform drivers * Compliance with vehicle regulations * Reporting payroll incidents and driver commissions * Reporting airport fleet trips conducted on the platform to management for commission calculations * Monitoring key operational indicators * Managing personnel (drivers), defining schedules, evaluating performance and adherence to driving standards * Managing demand seasonality to allocate drivers effectively **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree * Proficiency in Excel * Aptitude for operating systems via mobile apps * Experience managing personnel * Experience in fleet administration (minimum 60 units) * Telematics **What we offer:** * Base salary between 25,000 and 30,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms **Work location: Monterrey Airport** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
