We are a technology- and people-driven company aiming to generate a positive impact on people’s lives through responsible lending. **What will you do in this role?** You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve questions related to their credit in an empathetic, efficient, and clear manner. Your work will be essential to ensuring every customer feels supported, informed, and well-served. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Handling inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding payments, GPS devices, invoicing, etc. * Conducting welcome and quality assurance calls with new customers. * Following up on GPS signal loss reports. * Sending proactive payment reminders via WhatsApp. **What are we looking for in you?** High school diploma, incomplete or completed undergraduate degree in economics, business administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in **banking, credit, or finance**. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the credit industry (preferred).
