The primary responsibility will be to conduct telephone outreach to prospects and schedule appointments for them to learn about our tourism services. **Responsibilities:** * Make calls to individuals previously registered in our system * Coordinate in-person appointments with the relevant department * Generate interest and provide general information * Maintain basic contact follow-up tracking **Requirements:** * High school diploma (completed or in progress) * Prior experience not required (customer service or call center experience is a plus) * Strong verbal communication skills * Responsible and consistent attitude **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $9,500 MXN * Performance-based bonus of up to $4,000 MXN per month * Monthly attendance bonus of $1,500 MXN * Initial training and mentoring **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM * Fixed day off on Sunday **Work Modality:** On-site / Part-time This position is ideal for individuals seeking stability with a flexible schedule while building customer service experience.
