Therefore, we are opening applications for the position of **Engineering Project Coordinator with focus on BIM and design tools**, a strategic role enabling standardization, efficiency, and quality in our factory CAPEX projects across Mexico. ### **Role Purpose** Manage, optimize, and promote the use of design tools (BIM, Autodesk, digital collaboration) in market-level engineering projects, ensuring their efficient, standardized, and corporately aligned application. Support engineering teams from the design phase through project execution and closure, enabling on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain design tools (Autodesk, BIM 360, point cloud, collaborative models), ensuring their correct implementation and adoption across all market projects. * Define and deploy the design tools usage strategy for engineering teams and factory-based projects. * Train and provide technical support to users through courses and coaching under the 70\-20\-10\ model. * Actively participate in the design phase, supporting detailed engineering teams in generating drawings, technical specifications, calculation reports, scopes, schedules, and required permits. * Coordinate with internal departments to integrate design tools into existing processes and establish design validation routines. * Support project implementation and execution, ensuring control over timelines, costs, quality, and safety. * Define KPIs, generate analyses and reports for senior leadership on progress, tool utilization, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct project close-out and post-evaluation, including risk analysis, impact assessment, and final user acceptance sign-off. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SHE standards, quality requirements, and the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes. ### **Required Profile** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in similar roles within engineering, project management, or design tool administration. * Advanced proficiency in **Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit)** and in-depth knowledge of **BIM** applied to industrial projects. * Experience in CAPEX projects, design, construction, and/or implementation within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Degree in **Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Architecture**. * Knowledge of project management (PMI certification preferred), construction regulations, and permitting processes. * Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Key competencies: analytical thinking, influence without authority, collaboration, results orientation, ability to standardize, and technical leadership.
