Technical Skills: Management of standardized recipes for high-volume production. Knowledge of food preparation. Skills in vacuum sealing, portioning, and product packaging. Rigorous application of safety and hygiene standards (H Distinction). Competencies: Working under pressure and as part of a team. Speed, efficiency, and organization in production. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients, cook stews/bases, perform portioning and labeling for sales points or end customers. Conditions: Availability for night shift — Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Fixed days off: Friday and Saturday.
