Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for Heads Ramen, responsible for preparing Japanese dishes, mise en place, and maintaining their workstation. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth within the kitchen --- **COOK — Heads Ramen** **Restaurant:** Heads Ramen (Japanese cuisine) **Location:** Oso 49, Colonia Actipan, Benito Juárez Borough, CDMX **Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM **Salary:** $9,195 monthly + tips + punctuality bonus **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo) **Main Responsibilities:** - Preparing food according to restaurant recipes and standards - Performing mise en place and managing ingredients prior to service - Maintaining cleanliness and order at their workstation - Assisting with portion control and ingredient yield tracking - Participating in kitchen opening and closing procedures **Requirements:** - Minimum 1 year of cooking experience (preferably in Asian or chef-driven cuisine) - Teamwork and effective communication with other kitchen staff - Strong sense of commitment, punctuality, and responsibility - Availability to work weekends and holidays - Completed secondary education (minimum) **We Offer:** - Base salary + tips - Training in restaurant processes and recipes - Respectful and collaborative work environment - Bi-weekly punctuality bonus - Opportunity for growth within the kitchen Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,195.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
