Experience managing work teams and opening fast-food restaurants The position’s objective is to ensure efficient branch operations, complying with franchise standards and sales targets Daily supervision of opening and closing procedures Ensure compliance with quality, service, and hygiene standards Manage personnel under supervision, including schedules, training, etc. Inventory, cost, and shrinkage control.
