Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop architectural and executive projects and 3D MEPS models, with experience in engineering design and coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architectural and executive project development 2. 3D MEPS modeling in REVIT 3. Engineering coordination and documentation preparation **Key Duties:** \- Development of architectural and executive projects. **\- Creation of 3D MEPS models using REVIT software** \- Preparation of estimates, generators, and documentation. \- Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and HVAC systems is required. \- Receipt of printed and electronic documentation. \- Completion of preliminary designs (floor plans, sections, elevations, isometrics) at representation level including furniture layout, layers, space redesign and configuration, symbol placement, levels, hatches, and title blocks. \- Design and preparation of construction drawings and as-built drawings. \- Engineering coordination. \- Preparation of concept catalogs. **IMPORTANT: FLEXIBILITY FOR ON-SITE WORK RESIDENCE REQUIRED!** **Required Skills:** \- SketchUp \- AutoCAD \- REVIT (60%\-70% proficiency) \- Microsoft Office Suite \- LOD methodology **MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $10,000 TO $12,000, DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
