




Position Summary: We are seeking a Tender Executive to manage government business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the ballistic protection sector. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and closes business opportunities in the government sector. 2. Develops commercial relationships with distributors and strategic partners. 3. Negotiates commercial terms, contracts, and purchase orders. A company operating in the ballistic protection field is seeking a TENDER EXECUTIVE. Objective: To manage, develop, and close government-sector business opportunities—either through direct participation in public tenders or via strategic alliances with distributors marketing ballistic protection equipment—according to public tender processes, invitations to bid, and direct award procedures. The goal is to secure strategic vehicle VIP armor and NEW TACTICAL MODEL projects that increase revenue, market share, institutional visibility, and the company’s and group’s reputation. Requirements: - Knowledge of public tender procedures - Prior experience in the ballistic protection industry (minimum 3 years) - Proficiency in preparing documentation and fulfilling requirements specified in tender documents - Personal vehicle for client visits - Experience using CRM systems and tender portals Responsibilities: - Identify and track public-sector business opportunities - Analyze tender documents—including technical, legal, and administrative requirements—to assess feasibility, risks, and commercial opportunities - Develop commercial relationships with distributors and strategic partners - Provide commercial support to distributors and public agencies - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, purchase orders, and collaboration agreements - Prepare commercial reports, tender participation summaries, and revenue forecasts - Achieve commercial targets and budget goals We Offer: - Base salary: $15,000 MXN per month (gross), with potential annual increase based on performance against objectives) - Statutory benefits - Commission scheme - Quarterly performance bonuses - Guaranteed bonus: $5,000 MXN (first three months) - Monthly vehicle maintenance allowance - Gasoline vouchers - 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Work Location: Col.
